About the Project
This new building in the Innovation Place research park is a LEED
building (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), and
it features a Lutron lighting control system to help the facility
meet the requirements of a green building. The new space houses
several groups from the University of Saskatchewan and is focused
on research activities.

Humboldt Electric's Work
Humboldt Electric handled all the electrical work on the 5th floor
core area of the building, installing the Lutron lighting control
system and also working within the LEED requirements. Installing
advanced systems and meeting the energy-efficient specifications
was the biggest challenge on the project.
