About the Project
The Concourse Building is a new high-tech facility located at
Innovation Place, Saskatoon's world-renowned research and development
park. The 80,000 square foot building was constructed to meet
demand from businesses in the Information Technology sector. The
state-of-the-art facility features electronic security, automatic
sensing systems, and high standards for energy efficiency.

Humboldt Electric's Work
The open atrium-style design of this building made it a complex
project. The high ceilings presented quite a challenge in finding
the most efficient ways to run all the electrical work. In addition,
the building is completely wired for high speed Internet and features
many advanced electronic systems such as automated security and
energy efficient systems. The project specification was very high
tech and demanded high quality work.
