New diamond lab for the Saskatchewan Research
Council
The Saskatchewan Research Council operates the
only full-service diamond lab in the Prairie Provinces. SRC is
now opening a larger lab which will increase processing capacity
by 80 percent.
The expansion is driven by a strong trend in
diamond exploration in Saskatchewan. The new lab will be ready
some time in 2007.
Humboldt Electric will
handle the complete electrical work for the new lab, with a budget
of $350,000.
