Wes
joined Humboldt Electric in February of 2010, coming from an extensive background in the eletrical industry. He received his Journeyman Ticket in 1990 while working as a project manager with Star Electric in Regina, Saskatchewan. In 2000 Wes became an electrical inspector with SaskPower, and in 2006 took on the role of supervisor for SaskPower electrical inspectors in the north half of the province. During this time Wes led the process to adopt the 2006 and 2009 Canadian Electrical Codes through all levels of government for adoption and enforcement. Wes brings a deep knowledge of electrical codes and procedures to Humboldt Electric.
His day to day duties include the organization and management of numerous projects. Wes spends much of his time communicating with everyone involved in the project to make sure they have what they need, from labor resources to the right materials. He also works to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
