''My main goal is to make sure Humboldt
Electric puts in the most competitive bid possible on each
project. I work hard to stay on top of industry developments
so our company can remain an industry leader.''
Glen
started with Humboldt Electric in 1984 as an apprentice.
He gained his Journeyman's Ticket a few years later and
then moved into the role of supervising projects in the
field. In 1992 Glen moved into the office, taking on the
dual roles of estimator and project manager. Two years later
Glen became a shareholder in the company, and in 1999 he
accepted the position of Vice President and Chief Estimator.
Glen works with company President Darren
McConnell to set the vision and direction of Humboldt Electric.
He manages the overall workflow and takes care of organizing
what projects the company will bid on. Glen also reviews
all aspects of the bidding and estimating process, and helps
project managers deal with the more complex issues that
crop up on current jobs. He is committed to making sure
the company delivers quality work to its customers.
